Mental health underpins how we think, work and relate to others, yet close to half of all Australians are expected to encounter mental health issues in their lives.
The consequences can be significant, including family breakdowns, job loss, self-harm, homelessness, and physical health issues.
Australia’s mental health workforce is under pressure, with just over 62,000 registered workers in 2020 — far fewer than needed to meet rising demand for care.
A mental health qualification from Breakthru College can give you the skills and confidence to enter this vital field and create meaningful change.
