Discover a rewarding career in aged care

Imagine having a job where every day is different and rewarding

Working in aged care is a fulfilling experience that can make a significant difference to older people, their families, and society. It’s an incredibly rewarding job that allows you to be a part of people’s lives as they grow older.

In Australia, there are more than 450,000 aged care workers covering a wide variety of aged care settings. These include residential aged care, home care, commonwealth support programs and more.

As the size of the older population increases, the need for qualified care workers grows. The Australian Government also estimates that the aged care workforce needs to grow to 980,000 workers to keep up with increasing demand.

Our courses at Breakthru College provide high-quality training so that you can gain the necessary skills and experience you need to excel as an aged care worker in a growing and ever-changing industry.
