Start a meaningful journey in the aged care sector.

Imagine having a job where every day is different and rewarding

Step into a role that’s dynamic and rewarding. Aged care allows you to move beyond the ordinary and make a positive difference in people’s lives.

Being part of the aged care sector means contributing to the wellbeing of older people, their loved ones, and the wider community. It’s a rewarding job that connects you with people as they age.

With over 450,000 aged care workers nationwide, Australia’s aged care sector spans residential care, in-home services, and commonwealth support programs.

With Australia's ageing population on the rise, demand for skilled aged care workers is growing rapidly. The Australian Government projects the workforce will need to expand to 980,000. Breakthru College offers quality training to help you gain the skills and experience needed to thrive in this evolving field.

Develop your skills through expert-led aged care training at Breakthru College.

Being part of the Royal Rehab Group—a not-for-profit with hands-on experience in supporting older Australians—means we teach from real practice, not just theory. Our aim is to prepare you for a rewarding path in care.

With practical experience and a strong commitment to helping others, our trainers offer more than just theory. You’ll graduate not only with a recognised qualification but with the ability to provide real, compassionate care.
